OneLife Pursue (OLP) is a year-long, paid internship experience designed for students ready to step fully into their calling. Built as a natural continuation of OneLife Core and OneLife eXplore, OLP allows you to apply everything you’ve learned in a real professional environment while staying grounded in faith, mentorship, and community.

At the heart of OneLife Pursue is hands-on experience. You’ll complete a high-value, paid internship aligned with your career goals, working approximately 30 hours per week. This is not busy work. It is a meaningful, resume-building experience that helps you develop professional skills, expand your network, and gain clarity about your future.
You’ll graduate from OLP with real-world credibility and practical experience that employers value.
Alongside your internship, you’ll spend about 10 hours per week in guided reflection, customized instruction, and relevant curriculum. The learning experience is delivered in a hybrid format, allowing flexibility while still providing structure and accountability.
Because OLP is not tied to one location, you can pursue the internship opportunity that best fits your goals. You are supported wherever you are, without needing to relocate to a specific city.
Even while interning, you are never walking alone. OLP students gather for in-person retreats designed to build deep relationships, encourage spiritual growth, and create space for reflection.
