Who Is the Global Bridge Track For?

Designed for young adults (ages 17–21) who grew up between worlds and are looking for a safe space to process their transition, deepen their faith, and build lifelong community.

Are you a Third Culture Kid (TCK)?

A TCK is anyone who spent a significant part of their developmental years living outside their passport country – whether your family served overseas in ministry, the military, foreign service, or business.

If you’ve ever felt like you’re “from everywhere and nowhere at the same time,” this program was built with you in mind.

Why We Created the Global Bridge Track

The move back to the U.S. is rarely just a physical relocation, it’s a profound life shift. In fact, research shows that 57% of adult TCKs experience repatriation as a painful transition (Crossman, Misunderstood).

Over the years, we’ve sat across the table from dozens of TCKs processing questions like:

We created this track because you shouldn’t have to navigate these questions alone.

We believe your cross-cultural upbringing isn’t a hurdle to get over, but a deeply meaningful part of who God created you to be. Time and again, we’ve watched TCKs step into our program and become some of our most thoughtful, resilient leaders. When given a safe place to process their story, ground their faith, and build a healthy community, TCKs don’t just adjust, they thrive.

Meet the Team

While our full site staff provides daily discipleship and support to every student, the Global Bridge Track is designed and spearheaded by team members who have lived the TCK experience themselves.

Caleb Olson | Resident Leader

Caleb is an adult TCK who grew up in Germany.

Caleb has lived on campus in South Carolina for the last 2 years, serving as the daily mentor, guide, and advocate for our students.

Having walked through his own repatriation journey, Caleb is on the ground every day, helping students navigate the ups and downs of transition, grabbing coffee, playing board games, and building a safe, grounded community right where they live.

Jessi Bullis | Enrollment Director

Jessi is an adult TCK who grew up in Singapore, England, Turkey, and Germany.

She received her undergraduate in psychology and a seminary degree in counseling for the purpose of caring for TCKs well.

She has walked through the repatriation season with hundreds of young adult TCKs and has a passion for the unique challenges they face as they process leaving the field. Before joining our team, she served as the Director of Adult TCK Services at TCK Training, supporting them in their research and spearheading resources to help young adults navigate repatriation.

Jessi is involved in the creation of our Global Bridge program and travels to campus four times a year to lead specialized classes and personally invest in our TCK cohort.
